Hong Kong Spine & Sports Injury Treatment Centre (HKSSTC) was established in 2004, providing treatment services for pain conditions, spinal disorders, and sports injuries.
In 2013, we expanded our services to include sports therapy, stretch therapy, craniosacral therapy, and foot orthotics, as well as adding sports therapy facilities, becoming a one-stop physiotherapy and sports therapy centre.
We specialise in treating a wide range of pain conditions including sciatica, disc herniation, sports injuries, scoliosis, kyphosis (rounded back), frozen shoulder, tennis elbow, arthritis, neck and back pain, bone spurs, and repetitive strain injuries.
All treatments are conducted by registered physiotherapists.
Our centre adopts an "Integrated Chinese-Western Medicine" approach, built upon a foundation of physiotherapy and spinal therapy, combined with manual manipulation, acupuncture, exercise therapy, foot orthotics, and mind-body relaxation techniques to address the root causes of various problems,
promoting the body's natural recovery ability to achieve the holistic wellness goal of physical and mental health, and renewed vitality.
Eastern and Western therapies each have their strengths. We firmly believe that no single therapy can cure all symptoms, and appropriately blending Chinese and Western therapies is indeed a new medical trend.
Our therapists and coaches are professionally certified, skillfully using both Chinese and Western therapies to help everyone improve their health.

We oppose traditional "pain-suppressing" therapies and "one-size-fits-all" treatment protocols. The "treat the head for a headache, treat the foot for a foot pain" approach often yields poor results.
We focus on treating the 'root cause of pain' and promoting the body's natural healing ability.
While alleviating pain, it is essential to incorporate scientific exercise therapy to improve posture, muscle strength, and work endurance, helping you elevate your overall condition.
We place special emphasis on long-term maintenance, correcting poor lifestyle habits and postures, and building a positive outlook on life.
Mental and neurological relaxation, quality sleep, and proper breathing... are the goals of our therapy, and also the secret to how we help you achieve physical and mental relaxation.
Our registered therapists are here to help you
We use custom orthotic insoles to correct foot pathologies such as flat feet, high arches, and bunions.
Once foot alignment is improved, many lower limb, foot, and spinal problems will recover more easily.
Craniosacral therapy (CST) aims to release tension in the nervous system, allowing the body's systems to relax, realign, and recover. CST can relax the deep fascial system of the body, improve the function of the nervous, endocrine, and digestive systems, enhance the body's natural healing ability, and optimise both physical and mental states, leaving you feeling light and at ease.
While receiving treatment for pain conditions, it is essential to incorporate scientific exercise to strengthen muscles and improve flexibility; otherwise, sustained improvement will be difficult to achieve.
Tightness and tension in the fascia, muscles, and joints give rise to pain. Our registered stretch therapist helps to loosen up your muscles and connective tissues, improve your flexibility, and more importantly, correct your posture.
We utilise scientific acupuncture therapy, which is safe, gentle, and painless, to release tight soft tissues and muscles, improve local circulation, and restore energetic balance.
We utilise various physiotherapy modalities (such as ultrasound, interferential current therapy, spinal traction therapy, etc.) to assist in treating a wide range of conditions.
We utilise manual manipulation techniques to address the root cause of pain.
Unless tight joints are mobilised and misaligned joints are corrected, recovery from pain conditions will be difficult to achieve.
Restricted joint mobility
Joint misalignment / Spinal malalignment
Fascial / Joint tightness
Muscle imbalance
Nerve compression
Tissue injury
Nervous system compression and dysregulation
Meridian imbalances in the body, etc.
Rather than the overly vague explanations commonly given, such as "inflammation of unknown cause," "degeneration," "bone spurs," or "cartilage wear."
